At BrikShotz, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5–15 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days, which is within the timeframe permitted under UK consumer law.


Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

BrikShotz is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are displayed before payment is completed.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are non-refundable.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate the issue. If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BrikShotz cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
