At BrikShotz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.

Returns (UK Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

  • All parts, instructions, and accessories must be included

  • You must notify us of your return within 14 days of delivery

  • Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of approval

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been assembled

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage

  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original delivery costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

International Orders

For customers outside the UK:

  • Returns are accepted at our discretion

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs or import charges

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable

Buildable Brick Products

BrikShotz products are buildable brick items.
Once an item has been assembled, it is considered used and is not eligible for return, unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
